An engineering studio from microcontroller to ERP

We build the systems a business runs on, and the devices that talk to them. We take on a few projects a year, so we are not here to convince you. You are here to convince us.

What we do

Six areas we take from architecture to production. No subcontractors and no “we’ll use a template”.

  • ERP & CRM as a store backend

Orders, warehouses, stock lots, landed cost, leads and customers live in one system. The storefront just shows what is in it.

  • Integrations

Payments, shipping, telephony, messengers, accounting. We connect services so the data never drifts apart.

  • Process automation

An order changes status, and the customer gets a message, a manager gets a task and the warehouse reserves stock. No manual routine.

  • Embedded engineering

Microcontroller firmware: peripheral drivers, protocols, power budgets and over-the-air updates.

  • Web, desktop and mobile apps

Interfaces to your data and devices: admin panels, customer portals, desktop tools, apps for the warehouse and the field.

  • Real time and load

WebSocket instead of polling, queues, push notifications. We load-test before launch, not after.

Corevary CRM, our core product

The system an online store runs on every day: stock, sales, telephony and automations in one window. The architecture is built for heavy load: real-time events, queues, caching and load tests before every release. We use it as the foundation and shape it around your process. That is faster than starting from scratch, without the limits of an off-the-shelf box.

And what we will add for you

The core already does a lot, but your process is yours. Here is what we connect when it is needed:

  • Rozetka, Prom, Epicentr: stock and order sync
  • BAS / 1C and accounting exports
  • Fiscal receipts through a software cash register
  • Ukrposhta, Meest or your own courier service
  • Several storefronts on one warehouse
  • B2B portal with customer-specific prices
  • Barcode scanners and label printers
  • A mobile app for warehouse staff or couriers
  • AI assistant: request triage and draft replies
  • Data exchange with your hardware: scales, terminals, controllers

Embedded: the whole chain in one team

When one team writes the firmware, another the server and a third the app, bugs live at the seams. We own the whole data path, from a microcontroller register to a button on a phone.

  1. Microcontroller STM32, ESP32, nRF52, AVR
  2. Firmware C, C++, FreeRTOS, Zephyr
  3. Link BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, RS-485, MQTT
  4. Server API, queues, storage
  5. Web Desktop Phone
  • Firmware that does not hang

Watchdogs, clean recovery after power loss, an event log on the device itself.

  • Over-the-air updates

Signed OTA with rollback, so an update never turns a device into a brick.

  • No lost data

Buffering when the link drops and catch-up when it comes back.

  • Telemetry straight into the business

Device data lands in the same CRM or ERP: stock, service, invoices.

You have to interest us

We are not an agency with a sales department. The engineers you talk to are the ones who build your project, so we only run a few at a time. That means we choose.

Gladly taken

  • A real process that hurts: stock, orders, calls, device data
  • You plan for years of the system running, not a hand-over and goodbye
  • A task where software meets hardware, or with unusual logic
  • The person we talk to makes the decision
  • You are ready to give time to map the process before we start

Not taken

  • Landing pages, brochure sites and template stores
  • “Like Amazon, but in a month and cheap”
  • Patching someone else’s code without an audit first
  • Projects where price is the only criterion
  • Projects where we can’t talk to the people who do the work every day
Not sure you fit? Write anyway. We answer everyone and always explain our decision. Pitch your project

How we work

From the brief to launch. Every step ends with something you can check.

  1. Brief

    10 minutes

Tell us about the business, the task and why it matters right now.

  2. Decision

    within 3 business days

We answer yes or no with a reason. If yes, we set up a call.

  3. Discovery

    1–2 weeks

We walk through the processes, fix the architecture, estimate stages and budget.

  4. Build

    in iterations

A demo every two weeks on your data, not on slides.

  5. Launch and support

    ongoing

We migrate data, train the team and stay in touch after release.

Project brief

The more specific, the faster we decide. Fields with an asterisk are required.

What happens next

  1. An engineer reads your brief, not a sales manager.
  2. Within 3 business days you get a yes or no with a reason.
  3. If yes, we set up a call and start by mapping the process.

Only the studio’s engineers see your brief. We never publish or share it.
